    #AP Post Metric Scholarships 2016-17 at www.apsmfc.com How to apply AP Post Metric Scholarships 2016-17 Guidelines www.apsmfc.com.. AP STATE SCHOLARSHIPS Post Metric Scholarship  Post Metric Scholarship will be sanctioned to the Economically Backward Minority students whose parents/guardians annual income does not exceeds Rs 1 lakh per annum. The post metric scholarship will be sanctioned to the minority students of Intermediate, Graduation, Post Graduation and Professional Courses as follows:

      Eligibility Criteria  
    1. Post Metric Scholarship & Fee reimbursement will be sanctioned to the Economically Backward Minority students  
    2. Whose parents / guardians annual income does not exceeds Rs 1 lakh. 
    3. Fee Reimbursement will be sanctioned to all the Students irrespective of distance whose parents income does not exceed Rs 1 lakh on par with social welfare department. 
    4. The Scholarship amount shall be disbursed to the students who put in 75% attendance in normal time   Fee Reimbursement (Of Post Metric Students)  Fee Reimbursement will be sanctioned to all the Students irrespective of distance whose parents income does not exceed Rs 1 lakh on par with 
    social welfare department.


    GOI SCHOLARSHIPS

     Post Metric Scholarship Government of India

         Post Matric Scholarships will be awarded to the students, pursuing studies from Class XI to PhD from Government/Recognized private Colleges/including technical and Vocational Courses of Courses of Class XI and XII level in Industrial Training Institutes/Industrial Training Centers affiliated with National Council for Vocational Training. And those courses which are not covered in Merit cum Means Based Scholarship.
     ELIGIBILITY;
     1. The annual Income of Parents/Guardian of the student from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2 lakhs.
    2. The Student should secure not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination.
    3. 30% of Scholarships will be earmarked for Girl students. In case sufficient number of eligible girl students are not available, then the balance scholarships may be awarded to eligible boy students.
    4. The Students who are permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh, but studying in other States are also eligible.
    5. The Scholarship holder under this scheme will not avail any other Govt. Scholarship or stipend.
    6. Students who got Admission in other then Category `A Convener Quota can also apply.
    Note:- Those who got  the GOI Scholarship for 2008-09 shall have to apply for Renewal of Scholarship for 2009-10.
    SELECTION PROCEDURE:
    1. Distribution of Scholarships will be on the basis targets communicated by the Govt. of India among notified minorities (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists and Zoroastrians (Parsis).
    2. Students from BPL families having the lowest income shall be given preference in the ascending order.
    3. Scholarships will not be given to more than two students in a family.
     HOW TO APPLY:
    1. The students must submit their application through online www.apsmfc.com..
    2. The application form along with required documents shall be submitted to the District Minorities Welfare Officer / Executive Directors  Office of the concerned Districts through the institution and forwarded by the Principal of the concerned institution.
    Note: The students persuing Post matric Scholarship courses Out side the State should submit Application through their Colleges directly to the Dedicated Cell to the address given below.

     DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED:
    1. Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar/Salary Certificate from Employer/Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp paper.
    2. Xerox copy of S.S.C or equivalent course Marks Memorandum Attested by the Principal.
    3. Xerox copy of Previous Course (Class) Marks list, Attested by the Principal.
    4. Bonafide Certificate issued by the Institution.
    5. Proof Permanent Residence (Xerox copy of  Ration Card/Voter Id/ Electricity Bill / Gas Bill  or any other document of Father/Guardian).
    6. Xerox copy of Bank A/c Pass Book of the Student.
    7. Photograph attested by Principal.
    8. Minority Community Declaration- Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper
    9. Details of Fee particulars and Xerox copies of fee receipts  



    Government of India - Pre Metric Scholarships

    Pre Matric Scholarship will be awarded for students studying in a Government or Recognized Private Schools from Class I to Class X.
    ELIGIBILITY:
    1. The Annual Income of Parents/ Guardian of the student from all sources does not exceed    Rs.1.00 lakh.
    2. The student should secure not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination for II to X Class students.
    3. 30% of Scholarships will be earmarked for Girl students. In case sufficient numbers of eligible girl students are not available, then the balance scholarships may be awarded to eligible boy students.
    4. The Students who are permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh, but studying in other States are also eligible.
    5. The Scholarship holder under this scheme will not avail any other Govt. scholarship or stipend.
    Note:- Those who got  the GOI Scholarship for 2008-09 shall have to apply for Renewal of Scholarship for 2009-10.

    1) Income Certificate issued by Tahasildar/Salary Certificate from Employer/Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper.
    2) Bonafide Certificate (As above)
    3) Photo Copy of Bank pass book in Joint Account of Parent and Student
    4) Photo Copy of Previous year marks certificate (Progress report)
    5) Proof of permanent residence of Parent/Guardian Ration Card/Voter Id/ Electricity Bill / Gas Bill or any other document.
    6) Photograph Attested by Head master
    7) Minority Community Declaration- Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper
