    online Proceeding of internal marks is altogether different from Online furnishing of ssc candidates data.  Once the marks entered and connrmed by the Headmasters it ia sealed for all.  There is no chance for corrections  Therefore utmost care shall be taken by the Hoadmasters.  The entire work should be completed under the  culose monitoring of pleted the Headmasters concerned,  other wise they will be personally held responsible. 
    The entire process of furnishing of intcrnal merks through online comes under the purview of Act 25 ur 1997.  Any negligence while renting of marks,  awarding of marks without conducting tests,  awarding ci ma rks without valuatian,  showing wirul favour towards any candidate ctc.,  will attract the nal provisions of Act 25 of 1997 which ranges from punishmeri with imprisonment fur a term which shall not be less than Five years out which may extend up to  10 years and with a fine which shall not be less than Rupees Ten thousand but which inay extend upto Rupees one lakh. 
    1)  The Headmaslers shall keep the cumulative records containing the marks uf Formative tests of all the subjects of SSC March 2016 candidates ready by the end of 3rd  week of February 2016
    2)  He has to verily the marks posted in the cumulative record with reference to the subiert wise records,  and other evaluation material maintained by subject teachers.  The Headmasters are required to undertake this exercise after completion of every formative test and e that the uisure sub sr m ords maintained by the uuncerned subject trachers are cct-wi 100%  accuratca The ve chers shall aign on the subject wise individual records wheru formative test marks are recorded nfter uompletion of cvcry formative test Similarly the Henetmasters conecrned also shall of by the Headmasters in respect of posting subject wise on the cumulative records.  The Headmasters may obtain the signature of individual teachers,  if necessary,  un the cumulative rccord also while duly affixing his signature on the record in taken of having verified the marks posted on the record.  This completes the authentication of records. 
    4)  The Headmasters shall take the subject wise and candidate wise average of the formative test marks thoroughly before posting of marks through Online.  For example:  Suppose a student has secured 12 marks in the 1st formative test,  14 in the second,  15 in the third and 13 in the 4th formative test in a particular subject,  then the average has to be taken as follows:

    1. The sum of the 4 formative tests: 12 + 14 + 15 + 13 = 54
    2. Average : 54/4=13.5

    The 13.5 may be rounded off to 14 and the figure has to be taken into account for posting.If the average score is between 13.1 to 13.4 it has to be rounded off to 13 only.
    5) In case a candidate has taken only three formative tests and absent for 4th formative test, it is the responsibility of the concerned teacher and the Headmaster to conduct the 4th formative test by intimating the same to the candidate. If the candidate fails to turn-up and if the candidate attendance is within the range of condonation, the sum of the marks of 3 formative tests secured by the candidate shall be divided by 4 and the Quotient has to be taken into account.
    For example:
    A candidate has secured 15 in the 1st formative test, 14 in the 2nd, 15 in the 3rd test and absent for 4th formative test.The sum of the 3 formative tests : 15 + 14 + 15 = 44 Divide it by 4 : 44/4=11
    The Quotient 11 has to be taken into account.

    2. . Download the ‘User Manual for Internal Marks Entry’ from “Quick Links”.
    3. . Read the User Manual thoroughly before proceeding further.
    4. . Click “Online Application Form” link from “Quick Links”.
    5. . Login with your credentials.
    6. . After login click on ‘Internal Marks Entry’
    7. . The Internal Marks Entry Screen look like below. There are 10 studnets per page is displayed.
    8. . If you want to navigate to next page click or you want to any page by clicking respective page no.9
    9. . Click ‘Edit’ button to enter Internal Marks
    10. . After ‘Edit’, the Screen will look like below for Regular and Vocational Students. The student MNR SlNo and Name and Father Name is displayed in the Editable screen. For OSSC students, the OSSC subjects are displayed. If any subject is ‘Exempted’ for OSSC students, the internal marks for that subject is not enabled to enter marks.
    11. . For PH students, if there are any subjects are ‘Exempted’, the internal marks for that subjects are not enabled for editing. You can skip those subjects.
    12. . Enter Subject wise marks, after entry click ‘Update’ button
    13. . If any Subject marks are not entered, the System will give error message
    14. . After ‘Update’ , the marks are placed in respective columns and Total Internal Marks are also displayed. Once Marks are entered the color of the row are changed to light Green color.
    15. . After ‘Entry’ Student internal marks can be ‘Edit’ by clicking ‘Edit’ button as shown below.
    16. . After ‘Edit’ button is clicked, the marks are displayed for modifications.
    17. . Once all the Student’s internal marks entries are completed, the Print out of entered internal marks should be taken for verification. By clicking ‘Print’ button you can take print out of internal marks.
    18. . If you click ‘Print’ button but internal marks entry is pending, the system will display the below error message.
    19. . The print screen is shown below. Click ‘Print’ button to take print of internal marks report.
    20. . After completion of internal marks verification. If you found every thing is correct then click ‘Confirm’ button.
    21. . After ‘Confirm’ button is clicked, the system will ask for confirmation because once it was confirmed there will be no ‘Edit’ option will be given.
    22. . After successful confirmation, the success message is displayed.
    23. . After confirm, take 3 copies of internal marks report and take the signature of the student in 3 sets. You need to keep one copy in School records, one copy to Dy.Education Officer and send 3rd copy to DGE office through DEO.
