    AP Police P.MT/P.E.T Results SCT SI (Civil), RSIs(AR/SAR CPL/APSP),Deputy Jailor & Assistant Matron (Prisons)

    AP Police APSLPRB Recruitment to the posts of SCT Sub Inspector of Police (Civil) (Men & Women) – 355 Posts, Reserve Sub Inspector of Police (AR) (Men & Women) – 113 Posts, Reserve Sub Inspector of Police (SAR CPL) (Men) - 9 Posts, Reserve Sub Inspector of Police (APSP) (Men) – 209 Posts in Police Department and Deputy Jailor (Men) – 16 Posts & Assistant Matron (Women) – 05 Posts in Prisons & Correctional Services Department was notified vide Notification Rc.No.208/R&T/Rect.1/2016, dt: 17-09-2016. The Physical Measurement Test & Physical Efficiency Test for the said posts was held from 29-12-2016 to 12-01-2017 at Visakhapatnam, Eluru, Guntur & Kurnool.


     The following candidates attended the PMT/PET and qualified. No. of candidates qualified in Preliminary Written Test - 52,153. No. of candidates attended for PMT/PET/Verification of Certificates - 44,078 c) No. of candidates absent in the PMT/PET - 8,075 No. of candidates qualified in PMT/PET/Verification of Certificates (i.e. Male – 33,820 & Female – 1,608 - 35,428 Gender and Community wise particular are shown below:-




    Further, as per the orders of Hon’ble High Court, 104 candidates have been directed to attend the Physical Measurement Test (PMT)/Physical Efficiency Test(PET)/Verification of Certificates at 4 locations i.e., at Visakhapatnam, Eluru, Guntur & Kurnool. 
    4) The Final Written Examination for the said posts will be held on 18-02-2017 & 19-02-2017. Examination for Four Papers (i.e. 2 Papers Descriptive Type & 2 Papers Objective Type) in which all candidates have to appear will be conducted on

     18-02-2017 from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM  (Paper-I) & 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM  (Paper-II) and on
    19-02-2017 from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM  (Paper-III) & 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM (Paper-IV). 

    The said Examination will be held in (4) locations i.e. Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Guntur & Kurnool. 
    •  Candidates who appeared in Physical Measurement Test (PMT)/Physical Efficiency Test (PET) at Visakhapatnam will be allotted Test Centre at Visakhapatnam. 
    •  Candidates who appeared in Physical Measurement Test (PMT)/Physical Efficiency Test (PET) at Eluru will be allotted Test Centre at Kakinada. 
    • Candidates who appeared in Physical Measurement Test (PMT)/Physical Efficiency Test (PET) at Guntur will be allotted Test Centre at Guntur. 
    • Candidates who appeared in Physical Measurement Test (PMT)/Physical Efficiency Test (PET) at Kurnool will be allotted Test Centre at Kurnool. 
    5) The List of candidates who qualified in Physical Measurements Test (PMT) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the posts of SCT Sub Inspector of Police (Civil) (Men & Women), Reserve Sub Inspector of Police (AR) (Men & Women), Reserve Sub Inspector of Police (SAR CPL) (Men), Reserve Sub Inspector of Police (APSP) (Men) in Police Department and Deputy Jailor (Men) & Assistant Matron (Women) in Prisons & Correctional Services Department and are eligible to appear in Final Written Examination is available on the Website – Centre wise.
    6) Candidates will be able to download their Hall Tickets from 08-02-2017 at 05.00 PM onwards by logging on to website recruitment.appolice.gov.in. (or) www.appolice.gov.in.
